PP Rtn.SANTANU BANERJEE, a Rotarian for 25 yrs , a
Great Ambasadar of R.C.Howrah , visited 16 International
Rotary Clubs and attended their RWMs , was the Guest
Speaker at 11 nos International Rotary clubs.
He
attended th R.I.Convention at Bangkog,Thailandduring
2012 & was Sgt-At-Arms there.He was the only
Financial Auditor of R.I.Foundation from our club
as well as
from our RID 3291. He got the Individual Recognition for all Avenues
of Services of Rotary by R.I.President in 2014-15. He is the only Volunteer for Rotary Literacy Drive
from R.C.Howrah and Attended the South Asia Literacy
Summittwice. ( Held at Pune and Hyderabad ).
During
his Rotary Career he met Rotarians of 69 countries & kept
their visiting cards for record.
He
hold the position of secretary , Director , Treasurer
, Bulletin Editor , Sgt-at-arms , Chairman of
various committees at Club level as well as the
position
of AG , Chairman , Co-chairman & Advisor
of various committees of our District R.I.3291.
He
is Life member of 4-Way Test Association.He
visited 4 Dhams & 10 Jyotir Lingos alredy.Being a graduate
of Science , Commerce and Law from Calcutta University
as well as Post Graduate of Arts from Andhra University & Post
Graduate of Commerce from Calcutta University , He
is also a Cost & Management Accountant & Company
Secretary as well as the Fellow Member of both
the Institute. He served M/s Steel Authority
Of India
for 33 years . During his career he held the
position of
Branch Finance Incharge , Regional Financial
Incharge , All India Internal Audit Dept Incharge
etc.
He
is married to Swati , a famous English teacher
of Howrah and blessed with one
son" Raj "who
is an Engineer & an MBA in Marketing and one daughter "Shilpi" who
is is a post Graduate in English from Presidency
Collage as well as an MBA in HR.
