Rtn. Indrajit Sen joined RC Howrah during July 1989, a PHF , born and brought up at a well known cultural family of Howrah District In his family there were four Rotarians Three of them are PHFs. His schooling was from and the professional life began at the prestigious Bengal Engineering Collage, Shibpur, Howrah ( IIEST). Graduated as a Civil Engineer, he entered the professional world with a mind trained for structural integrity and meticulous planning.

Armed with Industry experience, Indrajit ventured into entrepreneurship by founding ID Construction. As the driving force behind this venture, he became A KEY PLAYER IN THE URBAN DEVELOPMENT of the region. One of the most defining chapters of Indrajit's life is his transition from the world of concrete and steel to the delicate artistry of gold. He represents the perfect blend of modern professional acumen and traditional integrity.

Indrajit Sen's influence extends far beyond his business interests. He is a prominent figure in the social and professional fabric of W.B. holding leadership and honorary positions in several prestigious organizations like , Vice president of Howrah Jewellers Welfare Traders association, Life member of Howrah sporting Club, Howrah Sammelani Club, Corporate member of Calcutta journalists Club, Member of Subarna Banik Samaj , etc etc.

As he steps into the role of President of RC Howrah ,he brings a unique toolkit and is expected to focus on bridging the gap between traditional Rotary Values and modern service requirements.
